POPEYES 4th Anniversary

3 weeks back, I attended an event by POPEYES
It was actually their 4th Anniversary celebration and
it was held at the newly opened outlet at Bugis Village!

I am very sure that it is nothing new to most of my readers here what is POPEYES
They are famous for its signature hand-battered, freshly made fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits.
To be honest, I always patronise POPEYES for their biscuit! It taste so so heavenly!

Anyway, the day's event was kicked off with a flash mob held outside BUGIS+
Public and Event staffs from POPEYES Singapore all took part in the Popeyes Chicken Dance!

Everyone was so happy and enthusiastic about the whole flash mob!
What a great way to start the event for the day!

Then, we were invited to the outlet located right beside BUGIS+ for more exciting events!

There were many events lined up that day for us all to participate!
Form balloon sculpture to face painting, glitter tattoos and of course, games for everyone!

Look at the crowd inside!
Popeyes was also very nice to serve us all with one set meal to consume!
Just nice for the hungry people like us :p

We were honoured to have The Muttons to host the whole event for us!
They really do make everything seems much more livelier and fun! Good Job!

But what really caught my attention was not really about all this games and events,
but more of what Popeyes actually do for the less fortunate!

During this celebration, Popeyes actually had a collaboration with Project Awareness.

Project Awareness is a social initiative group, founded by local singer-songwriter, Elson Soh, to create online awareness for the people who need a helping hand from the public.

Just like the slogan of this project suggests: A Little Thought Can Mean So Much!

During this Christmas Season, as we all party and have fun and joy, do remember to give back o society, and lend a helping hand to those who need. Quantity doesn't really matter, because to them, every single small thought matters to them and can make a great difference :)
